Color was beautiful. Design is super nice. It’s very pleasurable for the eyes! It was a little frustrating to try to consistently light and turn off in the beginning, and no instructions.... I put it together again. It's still working.Very difficult to use.Frustrating that it doesn't hold a charge well or for very long and instead of being able to hold the ignition button down until you've gotten the item lit, the button push gives you a set number of seconds which isn't enough to light anything.I like the former design where you can hold the ignition and get a continual spark/flame for as long as you needed.Also there is no remaining charge indicator to tell you how low or much the lighter is charged. It seems like it should have a charge when in fact it doesn't and you try to use it and it just stops.I don't like the way these electric/rechargeable lighters have been redesignedPros: This is a great lighter! Powerful. Feels good in the hands, not small, too light, or flimsy.Cons: Small plasma torch, only lights for 8 seconds, not long enough for some people to get their smokes lit, battery indicator lights are all on until the battery is depleted and it needs recharging.Obviously the lack of flame. But other than that was completely satisfied due to the customer serviceThis thing is cool works well for cigarettes but It’s got a high pitch noise that’s the only downsideIt’s a good lighter but the arc is a bit smaller than expected still fine. My big issue is that it makes an ear Piercing noise that gives me a headache almost immediately and scares my dogs as it’s similar to a dog whistleGood product. Works as it should. Battery life leaves a bit to be desired. Seems I have to charge it every night.
